We started with a comprehensive store audit to identify the most important levers for improvement. From there, we developed a custom Subscriptions page to give their membership model a stronger presence in the store, and a Corporate Gifting page built specifically for peak seasons like Christmas and Black Friday. Alongside these new pages, we continue to work on UX improvements — building a solid, compounding foundation for every marketing push ahead.
